One of the most popular places to go in Málaga is the pier, known as "Muelle Uno". Since its renovation at the beggining of the 21st century, it has been one of the landmarks of the city. It serves as an actual dock for large cruises and boats, but also as an outdoor mall. The shopping centre hosts popular boutiques, restaurants, gift shops and everything you will need to spend a day shopping. Moreover, if you are lucky, you may bump into local artists performing nearby or selling homemade jewellery and crafts.
